1. “What EXACTLY is in the Covid-19 vaccine?”

Here is a full list of ingredients in the Pfizer vaccine (pulled directly from the Canadian Product Monograph) with an added aside as to why they are in there:

Active Ingredient: Modified messenger RNA (mRNA) which encodes the viral spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 (the COVID-19 virus). The spike is the part of the virus that enables it to enter our cells so that the virus can then go on to cause infection. …

The 1996 Japanese trading card trend has become a global craze, and some of these original cards are selling for thousands of dollars

Based on Nintendo’s Pokémon franchise, these trading cards were published by “Media Factory”, a Japanese corporation, back in 1996. The trading card game went viral and made its way around the globe, capturing the hearts of anime and video game lovers everywhere. In 2016 Pokémon was the year’s highest-selling toy in the strategic card game subclass. As of March 2020, the game has sold well over 30 billion cards worldwide.

With Christmas right around the corner, I am hearing people talk about their potential plans for the big day.

Christmas is my absolute favorite holiday, the only time of year when the entire extended family comes together. There are no excuses, no rainchecks — It is an unspoken rule that you make it to the big family Christmas party, bottom line!

This party is separate from the close family Christmas we do on the actual day, but it is nonetheless always a blast! We rotate the host house every year, and everyone brings an item or two for an epic potluck. Croc pots galore, 13 different salads, and without fail someone botches their dish and gets ragged on. The booze selection grows as guests show up. Take your pick — Vodka Cranberry? Rum & Coke? Gin & Tonic? Maybe an ice cold brew? The drinks flow and the house gets rowdier. The guitars come out, Bingo voices bounce off the walls, kids run into glass doors, pets eat like kings.

In today’s society everyone is constantly connected in so many ways. A lot of people’s first instinct when they wake up is to look at their phone, check emails, respond to messages, browse social media etc..

When you really think about it, this is probably one of the most anxiety provoking things you can do immediately after waking up!

Instead, try avoiding screens for at least the first 15 to 20 minutes of your morning. Make your coffee, step outside, breathe some fresh air. …

The rapidly expanding game industry is providing more and more opportunities for independent content creators

The video game industry is projected to generate 159.3 billion dollars in 2020 alone. With an average growth rate of 9.3% year over year, these numbers will continue to increase with time.

Now obviously a large part of this number is attributed to hardware, software, and accessory purchases, but there are multiple sub-industries that provide opportunities for casual, non-professional gamers to make money. Here are a few prominent examples.

1. Live Streaming

Live streaming involves recording video content and then broadcasting it for viewers to engage with. …

Perpetual Stock Watching

So we start from the beginning with a little bit of context.

I am fresh out of University, newly graduated, navigating the world of career searches and financial burden. A few friends and I would be having our weekly stock market discussion, which by then had basically become scripted…

Me: Did you see (insert stock name)? Trading 40% under its YTD average right now. …

As a former carnivore I understand the appeal of a nice big slab of AAA Top Sirloin fresh off of the barbecue. I can also vouch for the physiological benefits of cutting meat out of your diet, maybe not entirely, but substantially. We live in an age now where people are becoming more aware of their eating habits and more mindful of exactly what they are putting in their bodies. This recent incline in Health & Wellness efforts has also created a large group of experimental vegetarians and vegans who wish to get a taste for the meatless world.

Here is a collection of my favorite meat substitutes. …
